We gladly accept returns initiated within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or a one-time exchange. Please email yoshimi@kabanplus.com with "RETURNS" in the Subject line.

• The item must be returned in the exact condition received, unwashed, with all tags attached and intact.
• Returns are not accepted after 7 days. Items with missing or altered tags cannot be returned.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charge is not refundable. 

Items Not Eligible For Return

The following items are not eligible for return: Masks😷 & Sale items.

Our Vintage reworked and Vintage pieces have been previously loved and may show signs of age. We do our best to describe and take pictures to show the product. Minor flaws are inherent characteristics of the product. 

Vintage sizes differ from modern-day sizes. Please make sure to refer to measurements in the description. It may be helpful to compare to the measurements of a similar style you own that fits you. 

All items are gently washed or dry cleaned before we send them to you.
